About
“In order to build a rewarding employee experience, you need to understand what matters most to your people.” Julie Bevacqua
AEL's Mission
Engaged staff contribute to a positive working culture and create better outcomes for the entire organisation. AEL trains your employees to become internal HR champions, while coaching senior management to understand their duty of care and how to conduct fair grievance and disciplinary procedures (including contract changes, employee support, appeals, TUPE, redundancy, dismissal, severance and more).
While AEL tends to work mostly with employers, we do help some individuals navigate internal disputes with employers and draft documents.

What We Do
Arthur Employment Law is an HR consultancy that’s guided by passion. Driven by our expertise, we strive to ensure employers understand how vital employment law and HR are to all organisations. Determined to change the industry, we operate in London and the surrounding counties, with a keen focus in providing expert support to third sector and private residential care services.
Not all companies require in-house HR, but too often, outsourcing this service results in a hands-off approach and a lack of understanding of organisational culture and design that’s necessary to succeed. We actively listen to our clients, and use training and investment to empower employers to create great work cultures. By modeling a healthy work environment, we help your organisation attract high levels of talent and diversity, and generate long-term employee loyalty and high retention rates. People are not resources, they are people. AEL always communicates respectfully, openly, and honestly to help you achieve your management goals, and we are leading change in the HR world. by teaching companies the true value of an HR mindset.
We are a trusted, reliable, resource that is genuinely excited to help you go beyond compliance and grow an excellent, productive team of human beings who flourish in their place of work. We intervene at every stage of the HR process, from recruitment to exit, and we help you navigate stressful conflicts that naturally arise in any group. Every step of the way, we’ll make sure you’re protected.
