This package also assists employers with restructuring, TUPE, redundancies or specific change management.
Extinguish package is primarily designed to stifle a specific problem but can be useful in correcting poor recruitment practices that lead to the hiring of difficult staff with reduced productivity.

HR Fit
This meticulous health check of your organisation’s HR and people departments will establish an HR design that complements your business and helps it achieve its objectives. It’s for companies who aren’t yet ready to bring HR fully in-house, but need something more than an outsourced supplier can provide.
The Fit package consists of multiple full-day site visits by the consultant over a six-month period. The consultant will need senior management’s complete investment in the process, and will access and observe management meetings, staffing structures, departmental dynamics and existing HR data and protocols. The consultant will also conduct staff surveys.
When the process is complete, AEL will deliver new systems fitted to your business, will help implement them and will train senior staff.
HR Invest
HR Invest
A flexible, 6 to 12-hour a month package of ongoing support, providing access to legal expertise, tools, expert coaching, our health & safety at work programme, task-specific templates and legal updates.
Invest packages are for competent managers with some level of HR experience and understanding who can independently act on the expertise provided.
If you’ve previously used our HR Fit package, then HR Invest is offered to you at a discounted rate.
HR Defend
Stay ahead of the curve in employee performance. HR Defend predicts HR and legal changes and keeps senior leadership abreast of any changes in HR and anticipate issues that might arise in a constantly changing field.
Offered at an hourly rate, this package ensures targeted expertise to deal with immediate complex issues or change strategy.
